THIS is a receptacle for the attachment of the door upholstery panels. The receptacle presses into a close fitting hole in the metal door frame. The upholstery panel has a metal spring clip attached to the inside of the fiberboard panel. The spring clip snaps into the plastic receptacle to retain the door panel to the door frame for a clean finished look.
