As you will find out, the Lancia Beta Scorpion or Montecarlo is basically just a Fiat X1/9. But wider.
Lancia used the X1/9 steering rack with longer inner tie rod ends. Sometimes they are 14 x 1.5 mm thread, sometimes something else. I have been making Fiat 128 outer tie rod ends work for years.
I do not have any Lancia inner tie rod ends, but you might be able to purchase some from a specialist across the pond.

But if you need to change the rack (or the inner ends), all bets are off.
You start with the X1/9 rack 5920321, which has short inner tie rod ends of 14 x 1.0 mm thread. There are no outer tie rod ends long enough to make it work.
You need to also buy:
2 5960321 inner ends
2 4254278 outer ends
2 12163911 lock nuts
Remove the short inner tie rod ends and replace with 5960321. Don't forget to stake them.
Drill the 4254278 with a 27/64" (double check your tap, it may request a different size) drill bit 40 mm deep.
Tap this inner unthreaded hole to 12 x 1.5 mm threads as deep as you can go. You may need to stop only have way down.
Shorten the outer end by 45 mm.
Continue cutting threads until you bottom out in your drilled hole.

Service your new rack, install the rubber boots, put the locknuts on all the way, lubricate the threads with antisieze compound, and screw on the modified outer ends. I backed off each end 13 turns, and was almost spot on with the toe.
Once you set the toe, tighten down the lock nuts.
