By signing below I am authorizing C.Obert & Co. to ship my order by the US Post.
    I am agreeing in advance that I will not hold C.Obert & Co. responsible if my order
never shows up at my specified delivery address that I have provided. I understand that once the US Postal employee picks my boxed order up and walks out the door of C.Obert & Co. with it, it is mine whether I get it, or not.
       I understand that C.Obert & Co. will not fill out any US Post paperwork to track or
insure packages, and that C.Obert & Co. will not be spending any time filling out unnecessary paperwork for services that will not be honored by the US Post. I understand that if I want my shipment insured or traceable that I am being offered the services of United Parcel Service, but I am declining service by that carrier. I do understand that any US Post export paperwork, if any as required by my deliver address, will be properly filled out by C.Obert & Co. and attached to my boxed order per US Postal regulations before it goes out the door of C.Obert & Co., and that any declared value placed in that paperwork will be supported by actual C.Obert & Co. invoices.

    By signing below I also understand & agree that I will not do a charge back to my credit card for any reason in relationship to this order, and that if I do all C.Obert & Co. needs to do in response is provide the credit card company's charge back department with this document and all charge back amounts and associated fees will be reversed, and that C.Obert & Co. will be reimbursed 100%. Even if this results in additional charges to my credit card.
